Teachers can view how each pupil is getting on, by looking at the information stored for each child.
There are two options screens, one for the whole school, and one for each class. Settings can therefore be made for the entire school, but these can simply be overridden for individual classes if required.
Summative Assessments
Longer, summative assessment tests can be set for pupils. There are four 50 question tests, based upon the expectations for pupils at the end of Years 2, 3, 4 and 5. These tests can be used as part of a whole school approach to the teaching of times tables. Pupils can do the tests more than once over the course of a year, and their progress is logged over time. |
